Take Out

Take orders and relay to the kitchen via the Point-of Sale system 

  • Take orders over the phone and from guests that walk in 

  • Answer menu questions 

 

Expedite To-go Orders from the kitchen 

  • Ensure that complete orders are bagged and delivered to take-out guests 

  • Do not forget the appropriate condiments! 

  • Work as a team with the other members of the take out team 

 

Assist with delivering food to guests in the dining room  

  • Know how to prepare and garnish all foods from the kitchen 

  • Prepare plates, salads, and appetizers as they are prepared by the kitchen.  Get them ready to run. 

  • Assist in delivering food to the guests when you are available 

 

Assist with being the first and last to speak to guests as they arrive and leave
