Dishwasher

Clean and sanitize all plates, cutlery, pots, and pans according to company procedures- You must use the machines and chemicals of your store according to product standards.  This includes the dish machine, pot sink, and cleaning station, along with their respective chemical dispensers.   

  

Safely store all dishes to ensure proper drying and safety protocol- According to food safety standards, you are responsible to store dishes according to organizational standards for safety and to store them in a way that allows them to dry.   

  

Restock service plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils, cups, and cookware in designated areas- You are responsible to clean, sanitize, sort and store in designated areas.  

  

Maintain proper chemical ratios in dish machine and dish sinks- It is your responsibility to know proper chemical ratios and how to test them.  They are to be tested daily with the tools and methods provided.   

  

Empty and replace your station’s trash cans and break down boxes at designated times- Each station has trash cans; it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of your station by emptying trash cans and disposing of them as needed when time is available.
