True hospitality comes from having a fully staffed and trained restaurant team, with very low turnover, and being a committed long-term Neighborhood Partner. This is why we hire and promote from the neighborhood and treat every restaurant as though it is our only restaurant.
Our dream has always been to grow one restaurant at a time, into a company of affordable, locally owned and operated neighborhood restaurants that are valued assets to their communities. Currently we proudly operate 6 casual dining restaurants including: Fred's Market Plant City, Lakeland, Riverview, Lake Mary; as well as, Johnson's Barbeque in Plant City.
